I am submitting two dMRV policy files for the DLT Earth Methodology Bounty Program, both of which have completed the full lifecycle (configuration, testing, and verification with real data) and are now ready for bounty review.

Status and verification
Both policies have been executed through the full Guardian lifecycle: policy deployment, dry‑run testing, and end‑to‑end minting logic validation against representative project data.

Output numbers (baseline, project, and emission reductions) match the independently calculated values from the attached test dataset(s), confirming formula correctness and parameter mapping.

JSON structure, data schema references, and tokenization/minting sections are aligned with Guardian’s current methodology library conventions for DLT Earth bounty policies.

Testing notes
For ACM0014 (Wastewater Treatment), test runs covered:

Multiple facility configurations and wastewater flow rates.

Variation in COD/BOD load and treatment efficiency.

Validation of baseline vs project emissions and credited reductions.

For VMR0015 (Safe Drinking Water), test runs covered:

Different household/population sizes and usage profiles.

Fuel substitution logic for boiling water scenarios.

Consistency of per‑unit emission factors and total credited reductions across scenarios.
