Renaming "Relayer Accounts" for SR

### Problem description

When logged in as an SR, the side menu includes a Relayer Accounts section. However, this page currently lists all Hedera accounts and relayer accounts associated with users connected to that SR. Since it shows user accounts that are not relayer accounts, the label Relayer Accounts is misleading and may cause confusion.

### Requirements
To improve clarity, the page heading "Relayer Accounts" should be updated to "User Accounts" or "Hedera Accounts" to better reflect the actual content and SR functionality.

### Definition of done
1. Update the page heading from "Relayer Accounts" to "User Accounts" or "Hedera Accounts" for SR.
2. Update all relevant documentation accordingly.

### Acceptance criteria
100% as mentioned in DOD.
