ACM0008: Abatement of methane from coal mines (v8.0)

### Problem description
This methodology applies to project activities that aim for the use and/or destruction of
the methane extracted/obtained from a working or abandoned coal mine(s). The project
activities include any of the following methods to treat the methane captured:
(a) The methane is destroyed without energy production, for example through flaring;
(b) The methane is used to produce energy. This may include electricity, heat,
vehicle fuel, etc.

### Requirements
1. Creating Schema Design and verifying it.
2. Development of the methodology including all the Tools and Modules required.
3. Testing using the real use case scenario
4. Documenting workflow and real use case.

### Definition of done
Successful design, development and publishing on Guardian Github repo.
