ACM0009: Fuel switching from coal or petroleum fuel to natural gas (v5.0)

### Problem description
This methodology applies to project activities switching from coal or petroleum fuel to
natural gas in the generation of heat for industrial processes.

### Requirements
1. Creating Schema Design and verifying it.
2. Development of the methodology including all the Tools and Modules required.
3. Testing using the real use case scenario
4. Documenting workflow and real use case.

### Definition of done
Successful design, development and publishing on Guardian Github repo.
