AMS-III.F.: Avoidance of methane emissions through controlled biological treatment of biomass (v8.0)

### Problem description
This methodology comprises measures to avoid the emissions of methane to the
atmosphere from biomass or other organic matter that would have otherwise been left to decay
anaerobically in a solid waste disposal site (SWDS), or in an animal waste management system
(AWMS). In the project activity, controlled biological treatment of biomass is introduced through
one, or a combination, of the following measures:
(a) Aerobic treatment by composting and proper soil application of the compost;
(b) Anaerobic digestion in closed reactors equipped with biogas recovery and
combustion/flaring system.

### Requirements
1. Creating Schema Design and verifying it.
2. Development of the methodology including all the Tools and Modules required.
3. Testing using the real use case scenario
4. Documenting workflow and real use case.

### Definition of done
Successful design, development and publishing on Guardian Github repo.
