ACM0022: Alternative waste treatment processes (v3.0)

### Problem description
This methodology covers project activities involve the installation and operation of
new plants for the treatment of fresh waste through any
combination of the following processes:
• Composting process under aerobic conditions;
• Gasification process to produce syngas and its use;
• Anaerobic digestion with biogas recovery and flaring
and/or its use);
• Mechanical/thermal treatment to produce refusederived fuel (RDF)/stabilized biomass (SB) and its
use;
• Incineration of fresh waste to produce thermal/electric
energy;
• Co-composting/anaerobic digestion of wastewater in
combination with solid waste.

### Requirements
1. Creating Schema Design and verifying it.
2. Development of the methodology including all the Tools and Modules required.
3. Testing using the real use case scenario
4. Documenting workflow and real use case.

How do we know we've fully dealt with it?

### Acceptance criteria
Successful design, development and publishing on Guardian Github repo.
