AMS-II.C: Demand-side energy efficiency activities for specific technologies

### Problem description
This methodology comprises activities that involve the installation of new, energy-efficient
equipment (e.g. lamps, ballasts, refrigerators, motors, fans, air conditioners, pumping
systems, and chillers) at one or more project sites

### Requirements
1. Creating Schema Design and verifying it.
2. Development of the methodology including all the Tools and Modules required.
3. Testing using the real use case scenario
4. Documenting workflow and real use case.

### Definition of done
Successful design, development and publishing on Guardian Github repo.
