Description

See Related Issue / Duplicate: #4987

1. If the title of the policy is too long then it gets hidden. Instead of a fixed font size we can make it responsive

2. Filter block gets hidden when the value is undefined or its left empty but works well when there is a value present

3. The src document block's, document entry values get overlapped. Maybe we can have a horizontal scroll here to improve the UI?
