### Problem description
At the moment spinner is changing colors to random color. It should be in the branding colors

### Step to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create wipe contracts
2. Check spinner

### Expected behavior
Spinner is in the branding colors

### Actual behavior
Spinner is changing colors to random color.
