Description

### Problem description
This methodology addresses the persistent reliance on inefficient cooking methods in millions of households worldwide, such as open fires and basic charcoal stoves, which demand considerable time and effort for fuel collection and cooking. By introducing improved cookstoves (ICS) or retrofitting existing installations, this approach quantifies two key time savings: the hours spent gathering fuel and the time dedicated to cooking. These savings particularly benefit women and girls, who often shoulder the burden of fuel collection and cooking tasks. Moreover, while this methodology focuses on time savings, it also highlights additional unquantified benefits, including improved health outcomes by reducing physical strain and exposure to harmful smoke. During the webinar, we will cover details about the SD VISta methodology and offer a demonstration of this policy as featured in the Guardian. Additionally, this methodology will be designed and digitized to create digital assets quantifying time-saving benefits for improved cookstove projects.

### Requirements

2. Policy file is added in Github repo.
3. Policy is documented with complete detailed Step By Step process.
