Description
### Problem description
There are currently many statuses available in the system. A user with numerous policies needs to quickly filter them based on the required actions.
### Requirements
- Add filter for statuses
- show only those options that are available in system for this user.
### Definition of done
- Filter for statues added for Manage Policies
- Updates to the UI are deployed
