Description
### Problem description
For User role after redesign the colors are confusing. For **Frozen** column No is red and Yes is green, but the logic is reversed (yes meaninig that the token is frozen).
### Expected behaviour
After discussion there were decided to rename the column "Frozen" to "Status" and show 2 statuses:
Red for "Frozen"
And Green for "Active"
