BPM(N) research

### Problem description
Guardian effectively implements new custom Policy Workflow definition language, expressed in JSON. There are other possibly more mature but more generic tools on the market, such as [Node Red BPM](https://nodered.org/), [Activiti](https://github.com/Activiti/Activiti), etc.

### Requirements
Guardian team needs to determine if/how Guardian language relates to them, if we can/should integrate their workflow UI stencils, or language construct in some way. This is a research task.

### Definition of done
Established our strategy with regard to existing BPML tools.
