Description
pilot feedback: The agent needs the ability to upload files.
This issue has two parts:
(1) The obvious one, to enable the agent to add more files to the report files archive (as part of the 5 files, if there are empty spots.
(2) The more interesting (and probably challenging) part is to enable the agent to attach a file to a task/task update - i.e. - the response we got from an official as part of applying the task.
