go over old issues / problems we had with the old APIs and see if they reproduce on the new APIs

there are a lot of closed issues (usually labeled knesset bug / knesset notified etc..) - need to go over them and see if they reproduce on the latest knesset api

should document any such problems in the dataservice docs - https://github.com/hasadna/knesset-data/tree/master/docs/dataservice

Review the closed issues labeled “knesset bug” or “knesset notified” and check each one against the latest Knesset API. Start with the historical issues and the API behavior they describe, then document any reproduced problems in the docs/dataservice documentation. Done means the relevant old issues have been checked and the current problems are recorded there.
