group/organization search form: when filtering large number of facets, should not break facet title and values

## reproduction

* click on many facets to filter on the right side bar

### expected
* no line-break between the name of the facet (e.g. תגיות) and the selected values for this facet

### actual
* depending on the chosen facet / values - there may be a line break

Start by opening the linked organization and group pages and reproducing the issue by selecting many facets in the right sidebar. Inspect the search form's layout and styling around facet titles and selected values. Done means the facet name and its selected values remain on the same line while filtering, including with many selected facets.
