### Reproduction
* Upload a CSV with metadata in fields (סוג, לאילו שנים מתייחסים הנתונים)
* Wait for the auto-processing to create an XLS file from it
### expected
* auto-created XLS file contains the same metadata
### actual
* auto-created XLS file contains empty metadata fields
