Fix non-working contact form and implement web3 form with completion pop-up

The current contact form on the website is not functioning properly. Users are unable to submit their inquiries, and the emails are not being sent. To address this issue, I propose fixing the existing contact form and implementing a new one using web3 forms.

Additionally, I will implement a new contact form using web3 forms (https://web3forms.com) , which are known for their reliability and ease of integration. The new form will include validation checks to ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly before submission. Upon successful submission, users will be presented with a pop-up confirmation message to indicate that their inquiry has been received.
