Add demo of "harmonisation of response options" to Jupyter/Colab walkthrough

## Description

Please add a demonstration of the "harmonisation of response options" functionality recently implemented by @AlexNikic to the Jupyter/Colab walkthrough (the ipynb file)

You can do it at the same time as #102

## Rationale

In addition to the similarity matrix for questions, you can also get a separate similarity matrix that tells you how much the response options match for each question.

This is still to be implemented in R and the web front end.
