## Description
The walkthrough ipynb is not displaying at all. Maybe we need to update it somehow.
Please also add a demonstration of the "harmonisation of response options" functionality if possible https://github.com/harmonydata/harmony/pull/101 https://github.com/harmonydata/harmony/issues/103
