## Description
I cannot get any response from the IMPORT FORMS... FROM GOOGLE DRIVE button, even when logged in.
Have reproduced on different browsers e.g. Chrome, Safari
## How to Reproduce
1. Go to harmonydata.ac.uk
2. Log in
3. Click IMPORT FORMS... FROM GOOGLE DRIVE button
- nothing happens
I did not see any errors in Console
## Expected Behavior
Dialogue box appears
