Description

### Describe the bug

On Ubuntu, the ValueCAN enumerates correctly at the USB level and via the
Intrepid ICS Python API, but fails to open.

### To Reproduce

This happens even when the device object returned by `find_devices()` is used
directly.

### Expected behavior
This is supposed to open the ValueCAN and connect to device

### Additional context

OS and version:
Python version: 3.11.0
python-can version: "==4.4.2"
python-can interface/s (if applicable): python-ics = "==915.14"
- Intrepid Control Systems ValueCAN (VID:PID 093c:1101)
