Description

### Describe the bug
This
```python
bus = can.Bus(interface="kvaser", channel=0, ...)
bus.send(can.Message())
```
causes a bus error (hardware error led flashes). No traceback or the like; only indication in software that something is wrong is that error frames start coming in.

Receiving frames works.

This can be worked around by either:
1. Setting `single_handle=True`.
or
2. First initializing the bus using some other software, such as Kvaser CanKing (after which `single_handle=False` also works).

### To Reproduce
See above.

### Expected behavior
It should be possible to send frames using kvaser driver without the above workarounds.

### Additional context

OS and version: Windows 10
Python version: 3.10.10
python-can version: 4.1.0
python-can interface/s (if applicable): "kvaser", w. Kvaser Blackbird v2 hardware.
