Description
I loaded your final windows cafe.
I did build. It say "hdf5_hl.dll is missing"
The program '[6404] caffe.exe' has exited with code -1073741515 (0xc0000135) 'A dependent dll was not found'.
However 3dparty includes hdf5_hl.dll.
I added path 3dparty/bin
Could you please help me?
