Please document usage of local strategy

#### What are you trying to achieve or the steps to reproduce ?

Trying to see if bell has providers for local strategy, ie username & password stored in our own db.
It's not mentioned in usage, nor Examples:
https://hapi.dev/module/bell/#usage
