Recognize when todos are already scheduled

If I schedule some todos and then return to the timeboxr page, it should not attempt to re-schedule those todos. They should be removed from the gcal event list and treated as special "fixed" todo events. (Better to treat them separately because movement, resizing, etc. should trigger Gcal event update rather than gcal event creation.)
