cdnjs release for v4.7.9 does not exist

Hey folks,

I'm just wondering if there are any plans to host the latest version (v4.7.9 as of time of writing) of Handlebars on [cdnjs](https://cdnjs.com/libraries/handlebars.js), as I can see its currently on [jsDelivr](https://www.jsdelivr.com/package/npm/handlebars).
