UI Issue: Green Background on Dark Theme Looks Visually Harsh

Currently, the green color section in the home and services page ( “Connect Engage Transform” and “Ready to Start Your Fitness Journey”) is a bright neon green on a dark theme layout. This causes:

- Eye strain for users, especially in large sections.
- Visual imbalance when paired with the dark background.
- An outdated look that doesn't align with modern, minimal UI trends


**Solution**

Instead of using a bright, flat green color as the background, use a soft green gradient. This provides a more modern and visually comfortable appearance.
Buttons have transform, hover effects, and consistent font styles to make them more modern and interactive.
Adjust Font Size and Weight -> Improve text hierarchy by resizing headings and maintaining consistent font styles.
Fix Spacing and Padding -> Reduce extra padding and maintain balanced margins for a cleaner layout.
