[Bug] "Send Message" button on Contact page is unresponsive / not clickable

## Describe the bug
On the Contact page, the "Send Message" button is not clickable. When the button is clicked, there is no response — no message is sent, and no error or action is triggered.

## To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Navigate to the **Contact** page
2. Fill in the contact form (or leave it empty)
3. Click the **"Send Message"** button
4. Nothing happens — the button is unresponsive

## Expected behavior
Clicking the "Send Message" button should:
- Validate the input fields
- Show success or error message
- Optionally send data to the backend
