halo-cli-user
用户生命周期：创建用户、禁用/启用账号、修改用户资料。
用户查询：支持以用户资料字段查询用户，输出结果可以是单一用户或用户列表。
安全凭证：重置密码。
权限管理：查看内置角色、将用户分配给特定角色。
