Description

First of all, thank you for this amazing extension! I am very satisfied with the overall performance and the workflow it provides for Markdown editing. It’s a great tool that makes my daily work much easier.

To make the experience even better, I would like to suggest two main features:
---

### 1. Folder Support (Directory Tree)
Currently, managing a large number of notes can become a bit cluttered. It would be perfect if the extension could **display and support folders**.
* **Why:** This would provide a much better overview and allow users to organize their notes by project or category.
* **Desired Behavior:** If I create a folder in HackMD or via the API, it should be reflected in the VS Code sidebar.
---

### 2. Editable Team Notes
Collaborative work is a core part of the HackMD experience. It would be a huge improvement if **Team Notes** were fully editable within the extension.
* **Current limitation:** Right now, focusing on personal notes is great, but switching to the browser just to edit a team-owned note breaks the flow.
* **Desired Behavior:** Allow users to browse their teams and open/edit notes with the same permissions they have on the web interface.
---

### Summary
These additions would turn this extension from a great tool into an indispensable one for power users and teams. Keep up the excellent work!
