Feature request: Option to hide all comments from the rendered view

Comments are a very useful feature of HackMD, however, often I simply want to _read_ a document, which potentially has a lot of comments.

In this situation the highlighted comments are very distracting. It would be very useful to have a toggle which can turn off the rendering of the comments, so that reading becomes easier.
