### What's the problem

In some circumstances, some of the tags will be concealed and not accessible from the tag selection interface of the new note settings UI, refer to the clip in [Current behavior](#current-behavior) for more info:

Likely not reproducible unless you have many tag histories as I am :man_shrugging:

If possible, create a note with reproducible content and share the link with us.

#### Expected behaviour

All tags are accessible from the UI

#### Environment

I use HackMD on:

**Desktop**
- OS: Ubuntu 23.10 AMD64
- Browser: Firefox
- Browser Version: 120.0.1
