Establish an onion service

Clear net address is under government block in some jurisdiction(s). Also the address just returns _403 forbidden_ when accessed from a Tor exit node.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Allow connections from Tor network and establish onion address.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I guess Tor is blocked not without a reason, so it would be really nice to have at least an onion service which could lack the features that aren't compatible with Tor access. Even read-only would be a big step forward.
