Description

# GitLab<>GitHub feature parity

Does the enterprise GitLab integration provide the ability to use two-way sync push and pull (Similar to GitHub)?

It would also be great for individual users to have access to GitLab basic syncing.

# Enterprise

The [enterprise](https://hackmd.io/enterprise#) and [pricing](https://hackmd.io/pricing#) pages indicate integration with GitLab through the enterprise plan.

# Why GitLab?

GitLab seems closely aligned with HackMD's open-source values as they are an [open-core](https://about.gitlab.com/company/stewardship) product, similar to HackMD. For GitLab, this means they have a 100% open-source core product that is free for all users. Then, they have a paid proprietary version of their service with advanced features.

As a public company ([GTLB](https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=GTLB&ia=stock)] they are a independent company and have freedom to make decisions that align with their open-core vision.
