A typo in template delete & rename page.

### What's the problem
* The typo is happening in the menu of template.
* When the user want to delete the template, the confirm button shows "Create" but not "Delete".
* Also in the "Change name", it shows "Create", but maybe something like "Change" or "Rename" is better I think ?

#### Current behaviour


Provide steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the side menu in the hackmd homepage
2. Click on the right button of "New note"
3. Select "New note from template".
4. Select the right menu button on one of the custom template.
5. Select "Delete"
6. Then you can see the bug scene like above.

#### Expected behaviour

* The confirm button in the "Delete" pop-up should be "Delete" but not "Create".
* Also the confirm button in the "Change name" pop-up should be "Change" or "Rename" but not "Create".
