[FR] Red `delete this note` icon inside note page

Nope.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Inside each editing note, provide a red `delete this note` button(text) instead of the black one. This will be more intuitive for user to use.

Move `delete this note` to bottom of the drop down menu or add confirmation popup to user
