[Feature Request] Show tags on profile pages

Description
Unfortunately, the only way to see the tags applied to your notes is through my least favorite view--list. Unless you're using some compact view, tags should ideally always be visible. And since you can't access the list view on a user's profile page, there's no way to easily see what another user has tagged their notes with!
