Yaml syntax highlighting inside yaml metadata blocks

The syntax highlighting inside code blocks works pretty fine. Would be possible to implement it inside Yaml metadata block (but of course supporting only Yaml)? That would be pretty helpful for comments in the Yaml metadata header block, which are now colored the same as headers, making them pretty distracting (see the image below).
