Etherpad import support

I just found CodiMD and I really like it. I think is one of the best experiences so far to write collaboratively Markdown in real time. Etherpad is too plain by default and too complex in variants like [CodePad](https://github.com/LaKing/codepad) and CodiMD strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and completeness with an increased functionality that doesn't sacrifice the first one.

But, despite of that, Etherpad has been used to write collaboratively Markdown documents, so the question of migration from one platform to another, while retaining authorship is important.

Because of the support of operational transformations, authorship record is hold in Etherpad to keystroke level and I think that same could be said for CodiMD, so I think that could be a way to import from one of the most used platforms for text writing to the friendliest one ;-). I imagine a scenario where the authors of an Etherpad are mapped to registered users of a "CodiMDPad". When such mapping is not possible, the authorship is still retained, but without assignation to registered users (in diff, the author name in Etherpad would appear, but no link to the registered users would be provided).

Is such feature in the roadmap? How important it could be? If I'm interested in learning about CodiMD hacking, there is any recommended literature?
