Can't combine line wrap and line numbers, and it yet it has funny side effects

Description
When I combine a code fence with `!` and `=` it only respects the one which comes last, which makes some sense, I guess.
But if I use `!=` it starts applying some form of syntax highlighting, though I can't say for what language.
