Increased Git Support

Git support in CodiMD is rather rudimentary. There are a ton of features that I have to open my terminal to achieve when it can be easily achieved with a GUI (examples include but are not limited to merging branches and bisecting commit history) Alternatively, a terminal can be included (hidden behind a flag) which can provide access to basic terminal commands and git.
