Feature Request: ability to choose custom URL for a note after creation

Being able to choose a free URL by simply typing it is nice - what would also be nice is if you could do a 'save as' so to speak: choose a free URL after the note has been created.

Might also be nice to have a dialog box open after you click New Note, asking for a custom URL, with the option of "don't ask this again".

And/or: a text entry field next to the New Note button for entering a custom URL before clicking, that checks for availability right away.
