Support 2-factor auth with security key

#### Environment info
* OS: Windows 10
* App Version (`Command/Ctrl + ,`): I just downloaded it and haven't logged in yet so I don't know!

#### Description of the problem / feature request / question:
I use a yubikey for [2 factor auth](https://help.github.com/en/github/authenticating-to-github/configuring-two-factor-authentication#configuring-two-factor-authentication-using-a-security-key) on github. After I click "Use security key" in the login dialog, nothing happens.

What should happen is that Windows prompts me for my security key...this is how it works through the github website.
