Bulk import of Snippet Libraries - Feature Request

#### Description of the problem / feature request / question:

I have many dozens of snippets that I want to import and organize. There's no file menu, or import menu, and no configuration information or help system that shows how to do these things.

#### If possible, provide the log files
- Mac: `~/Library/Application Support/Lepton/logs`
- Windows: `C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Lepton\logs`
- Linux: `~/.cached/Lepton/logs`
