Rewrite the Hack for LA Platform

### Overview
We need to rewrite the Hack for LA Platform to ensure all the information is correct and up-to-date.

### Action Items
- [x] Copy the content from the website platform section (resource 1.01) into the Google Doc (resource 1.02) as a tab called Backup.
- [x] Make a copy of the Backup tab and name it Rewrite.
- [ ] Review the existing Hack for LA Platform content for accuracy and relevance.
- [ ] Identify outdated, incorrect, or missing information by leaving comments on the Rewrite tab.
- [ ] Revise the content, on the Rewrite tab, to reflect the current state of the Hack for LA Platform perspectives.
- [ ] Ensure terminology, links, and references are consistent across the page.
- [ ] Proofread the revised content for clarity and correctness.
- [ ] Get the draft approved by the org lead.
- [ ] Get guidance from the org lead on desired formatting.
- [ ] Format the revised content to fit the designated space on the website (check length and layout constraints).
- [ ] Submit the draft to be added to the website.
- [ ] Create an issue to post the rewritten content.
