Ask People to Submit Wins

### Overview
We need to draft prompts to post in slack and send via LinkedIn to ask people for wins submissions so that we can get more content on the page.

#### Details
LinkedIn is not allowing us to the images you post for your LinkedIn profile on our Wins page. GitHub is allowing us to use the image that you post on your GitHub profile on our Wins page.

- [ ] Update their GitHub profile with an image
- [ ] Submit Wins for inclusion on the WINS page.
- [ ] Provide clear instructions on how users can submit a Win.
- [ ] Provide the link to the Win submission form
- [ ] Ensure the submission request clearly states what information is required.
