Content Audit: Replace the `Happy Hour` Section With A `Summer Meetup` Section

### Overview
We need to replace the `Happy Hour` section with a `Summer Meetup` to keep the website up to date.

#### Details
We no longer do happy hours. We do an in person summer get together. This section should reflect the new title (official title will be determined)

### Action Items
- [x] Find the prior summer picnic posts and add as screenshots to this issue
- [x] use the language to determine what we should replace the Happy Hour content with (add to resource 1.06.01 & 1.06.02)
- [ ] find an image that we could use to represent the picnic. and people getting together. The image must be free, check the credits page for vendors we use
- [ ] Create a dev issue to implement the change
