Description

### Overview
We need to move the sustainable development goals' (SDG) images, information files, and SCSS files to the hackforla/sdg-info repository (repo) so that other Hack for LA teams can use the files too.

### Action Items
#### Developer
- [ ] In the _Move Files_ tab in _HfLA-Website: SDG Files Audit_ spreadsheet, there is a list of files that need to be moved from `hackforla/website` repo to `hackforla/sdg-info` repo. Each of these files only have 1 commit, so you will need to find the commit. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KDrBrLt53YGNhbkYyvJakOM6PJnmGiRjh5yELY362cg/edit?gid=160536870#gid=160536870
- [ ] You will be following the instructions in _How to move a commit from one repo to another using cherry-pick_[^move-commit-instructions] to cherry-pick commits to copy commits from `hackforla/website` repo to `hackforla/sdg-info` repo.
- [ ] Follow the instructions through and including the _Create a Pull Request_ section.
