### Overview
We need to manage the work for the skills/productivity dashboard, so that we can prioritize and recruit.

### Action Items
- [x] Go the skills tab for skills/productivity dashboard and copy all the links in the issue to a comment in the bottom of the issue and indicate whether they are public or private.
- [x] Copy all the link lists from the issues into a comment on this issue
- [x] Remove duplicates
